Here’s a list of 13 Web Apps you might not know about and could help you in your online endeavors.  Have fun.  

1. VLC Media Player

Boxee is designed for your TV.  To get Boxee on your TV you’ll need to first connect your computer to the TV screen.  You’ll most likely need a DVI/VGA to HDMI cable.

eyeos is a web desktop.  All you need is a browser.  The desktop is in the browser with access to many web apps.  Very cool.

eyeos provides functionality for personal use, developers, education, and public administrations like public library networks and other public environments.

MindMeister is an online mind mapping tool.  MindMeister brings the concept of mind mapping to the web, using its facilities for real-time collaboration to allow truly global brainstorming sessions.
