I had heard about it but never tried it. I'm beta testing a site right now so we'll see how that goes. I like the "safe list". I always thought if you're going to do some kind of auto-follow there should be a lot of options like follow by keyword, follow by profile friends and followers, don't follow spammers, safe lists, etc. I'll have to check it out.
