Book Two: The Dictators Handbook. It discusses the rules for rulers. It discusses how everyone in power, everyone from the president to dictators, to corporate CEOs, all have to follow the same sort of rules in order to stay in power.
It’s very difficult to get into power and even more difficult to stay in power. This book does a really good job of explaining why even if we elected a really amazing, well-intentioned person to be president, why they couldn’t just go in and fix all the problems in society and still be able to stay in power.
