School Boards: How To Talk To Your School’s Superintendent

If you find yourself fighting the same issue with your school boards, use the transcript below from this video. Use it at school board meetings or when contacting your school board members.

This Oklahoman mom, veteran, and defender of democracy brought the goods for this superintendent whose silence and facial expressions speak volumes.

Fabricated culture wars are afflicting casualties on our most precious population, our children.

We’re now short a Secretary of Education, schools are missing grant money, teachers are leaving in droves, and you’re not doing your job.

You make videos in an official capacity, raging in your car like a child crying to his mom about a boogeyman that you and Moms for Liberty created.

And speaking of Moms for Liberty, guess what? There’s a nifty policy in parental school handbooks called Parental Opt Out. Read your parent handbook. You can opt out if you don’t want your child to read a book or attend a certain class. No need to threaten accreditation on baseless woke ideology claims.

Religious freedom is already protected. Pushing only one religion at a school event is not okay. My kids deserve to experience diversity. I believe in our teachers and librarians. They’ve worked hard for their degrees, and I trust and support educators.

School Boards Weaponizing Children

You’re weaponizing our children for political gain, and I won’t stand for it because the casualties and collateral damage are too high. Your antics have made the news globally and it’s embarrassing. A true state superintendent wouldn’t use their office to catapult them into political stardom.

They would work diligently, officially, humbly, and with integrity to ensure all Oklahoma children, regardless of race, religion, cultural background, sexual orientation, or gender identity, receive a well-rounded education in a safe and inclusive environment.

I am pleading with you as a parent and as an Oklahoman, stop the insanity, step aside, and let someone who cares more for our children than their political aspirations take your place. And as someone who took an oath to protect this country’s constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic, never expires, I will not be quiet. At the same time, fascists in office try to indoctrinate my children by forcing Christian nationalism in public schools.

Thank you.
